EmailSusan is a native of Salisbury, Md but has found her home in the South. She attended Lenoir Rhyne College, graduating with a B.A. in French, Philosophy, and Relgious Studies. After graduation, Susan worked a year with the Young Adult in Global Mission program, sponsored by the Global Missions Unit of the ELCA, at a youth recreational and conference centre in Cleobury, Mortimer England. Susan then attended Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, graduating in 2010 with a Masters of Art in Religion degree. Recently, Susan has been approved to become a Rostered Associate in Ministry, a lay roster in which candidates trained and equipped with skills to develop leadership and discipleship amidst the body of Christ. Susan loves to work with youth and has been involved in several different programs, including Young Life, over the years. Her current joy is being an aunt to six-month-old Abigail, a cute and bubbly baby whom is beginning to learn how to crawl.
EmailGayle Lindley started the Handbell Choirs at Redeemer in 2006. She assumed the position of director of the Senior Choir in April 2008 and the Children's Choir in August 2009. Gayle holds degrees from Lenoir-Rhyne University and The University of Florida. Gayle has one daughter and four grandchildren.
Huger was born on December 26, 1977. He was raised in Newberry County attending the Prosperity, Rikard, and Mid-Carolina schools graduating in 1996. He attended Newberry College and graduated with honors in May 2000. He has taken graduate courses from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Huger served as the Ministries Coordinator at Redeemer from June 2004 to August 2010. In April 2008, Huger was appointed church organist. In addition to his duties as organist, Huger teaches Algebra I at Newberry High School. His hobbies include reading, writing, gardening, traveling, and music.
